Open Source for NGO

NGO 是 Open Source 可以應用的領域之一，特別強調它，是協會本身就是 NGO 一份子，不少協會成員也熟悉 NGO 的需求，值得優先投入專注。
方式上先從既有 CMS 產品和 Web 技術提供評估建議，配合研討會進行發表。
