been proved that Open source solutions have been proved to reduce prime
cost on software development so that the benefit can return to the
consumers and its products will have greater competitive advantage.

"Open Content” can provide liberal use
and improve global educational resources without against copyright;
also introduce the educational resources to our local schools. “Open
Content” especially includes science and technology educational
resources which substantiate intangible conceptual knowledge.
Taipei open source group is planning to translate PhET into Traditional
Chinese this summer so that all schools in Taiwan can benefit from
these open content.

commercial entities to discuss “open document format”, “font
transformation” ,“style transformation”, “direct xml archive” and
related issues.
